With extensive expertise in property law, public procurement law, and commercial law, Basil is known for his passion, innovation, thoroughness, and attention to detail. Obel Antony is a Partner at the firm, bringing a wealth of experience from the public sector. Desmond Otieno serves as the head of Litigation at Bell & Partners Advocates LLP. He is a Certified Public Secretary and holds an LLB Degree from Kenyatta University along with a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. Desmond has a wealth of experience in litigation, having held senior positions in top law firms in Nairobi. Wycliffe Kiche is the head of Conveyancing at our firm. He has demonstrated significant experience in property purchase and management. Wycliffe holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, both from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), as well as a Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law.
